What to expect
You should expect to be taken seriously, for the operator to act professionally and swiftly in all complaints. For the conclusion to your complaint to be mutually acceptable by yourself and CDJ Hosting and that your complaint will be investigated fully by CDJ Hosting to ensure that the event causing your complaint will not occur again, either for yourself, or any other client.
You can expect that in the event your complaint cannot be resolved promptly your complaint will be escalated accordingly upon your request. You have the right to ask for immediate escalation to the complaints department if you feel that you cannot obtain a satisfactory conclusion from the Support Team.
You can expect that regardless of the complaint or its conclusion CDJ Hosting and its staff will always act professionally and maintain the highest degree of fair conduct.
CDJ Hosting will always respect you as a client and a person and will not tollerate any form of abuse towards you from its staff.

Escalate Your Complaint
At any time during the making of a complaint you may request that the operator escalates your complaint directly to the complaints team if you are not satisfied by the way the department is dealing with your complaint. Our operator should immediately act upon your request and cease any further discussion on the matter in a courteous and friendly manner. If you feel that you cannot for any reason ask for escalation then please feel free to self-escalate your complaint by emailing complaints@cdjhosting.com. Please provide any relating ticket id numbers and/or live chat transcripts to support your complaint.
