CDJ Hosting will always treat your information with the highest level of care. We will never release personal information to any third party without your express written and signed agreement to do so.
There are some exceptions to this policy, those exceptions are listed below. Due to the nature of this website being a business website the below exceptions may be unavoidable, however we will do everything within CDJ Hosting control to avoid such occurances. Currently we do not do this however should the demand arise for on site credit card payments to be inplimented this will be unavoidable as a result of processing your application for services.
- Submitting Information to Registrars.
When you purchase a domain name you are claiming your realestate on the internet. As a result of this ICANN, Nominet and any other Domain Registration Governing bodies require that you submit up to date and correct identity and Address and Contact information to them to keep the internet safe from fraud and provide the ability to trace offending person(s). As an intermediary service provide CDJ Hosting are required by law to provide current and valid information to the Governing Bodies When Registering / Transfering / Renewing Domain Names. You are obliged to make available to us this information so as we can perform our legal duty.
UK Individuals (None Business / organisation) can use whois opt-out for UK domains to prevent your information being available on whois searches. Your name and the administrative contact email address will still be visible on the domain name. You must still provide correct information for the above reasons. Failure to provide correct information or proof of identity on request by ICANN, Nominet or any other Governing Body controlling a domain name you have registered or request registration of can result in your domain name being deleted from the domain name registry without refund or denial of registration of the domain name.
.COM type domains have an option called ID-Protection where your Personal information is submitted but the whois contact information supplied to to any whois request is directed through third party organisations to protect your identity.

Providing contact details in the event of suspected fraudulent / illegal activity in direct relation to a service provided to you by CDJ Hosting either to prove or disprove which ever may be relevent.
